We get that at a very deep level at Pilates Plus WV. And our Transformation 101 New Client Welcome Package is designed as a FIRST STEP to the whole-body commitment and changes you *really* want for yourself, but aren’t sure how to achieve.
The secret to lasting change? A million tiny steps–even when life hits you and you feel tired, maxxed out, or too busy taking care of everyone else to even think about yourself.
Here’s the deal. Come into the studio and try a class. Yep, it’ll feel awkward at first. Yep, you’ll wonder if you’re doing it right. And yep, you’ll be tempted to compare yourself to everyone else.
But the truth is that EVERY CLIENT you meet here has had that same “first time” experience, complete with the nerves and uncertainty. That’s how EVERY meaningful transformation begins.
Seriously, we’ve GOT you. We’ll get you comfortable without spotlighting you in those first few classes. We’ll help you find your groove with class formats that really speak to your body and brain. (And it’s not all go-big-or-go-home, either. Rest, recovery, and total nourishment are our love languages around here.)
Whatever needs to change in you, (like dialing down your stress, amping up your strength and body love, or even relieving stuck muscles or sore joints), we have a plan for that.
Twice a week is the sweet spot to start feeling and seeing what you *most* want to see in yourself.
