TRAMPOLINE/ rebounder

Rebounding is not just fun, but it has several health benefits as well.

These include:

  • Prevent your bones from losing density and becoming brittle

  • Increase energy

  • Helps your immune system to flush toxins, bacteria and waste

  • More effective than running without the extra stress on the ankles and knees

  • Helps improve balance by stimulating the vestibule in the middle ear

  • Improves muscle tone throughout the body. 

A 40 - 60 minute small group fitness class utilizing a mini trampoline / rebounder.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

 

This class is not ideal for beginner’s, or clients that have not been working out for a while.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS:

Grip socks or shoes. No regular socks!

Do not eat or drink too much 20 minutes prior to class.

Please bring a water and a towel.
