Studio Policies

By scheduling a class at Pilates Plus WV you agree to the following policies:

1.    All classes are scheduled by appointment through our online booking system, and based on availability. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice and no guarantees are made as to the availability of any instructor.

2.    Payment must be made prior to class.

3.    We require a valid credit card to be kept on file at all times. Should, for any reason, your credit card on file become inactive or invalid in any way, you agree to promptly replace it with a valid credit card.

4.    We require a cancellation notice of at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class. For Monthly Members; any late cancellations will result in a $20 Late Cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 2 hours of your class start time will result in a $25 Late Cancellation fee. Single and Package Class holders will forfeit their class. 

5.    We have No Show policy. If you are registered for a class and do not show up, this is considered a No Show. Monthly Members will incur a $35 fee. Single and Package Class holders will forfeit their class. 

6.    All sales are final. They are non refundable and non-transferable.

7.    Proper athletic attire is required, and socks must be worn during Pilates classes. No street clothes or shoes are permitted on the Pilates equipment.

8.    You agree to abide by ALL studio policies and regulations.

 

USING THE WAITLIST

ADDING YOUR NAME TO THE WAITLIST:

  • Click the “Sign Up or Waitlist Now” button for the class.

  • Click “Yes, add me to the Waitlist.” 

REMOVING YOUR NAME FROM THE WAITLIST:

From your computer:

  • From within your profile click “My Schedule.”

  • Click “Waitlist” marked in red, located above and to the right of your scheduled classes.

  • Select the class you wish to remove yourself from, and click “Cancel.”

    From the app:

  • Once you have opened the app, under the “Upcoming” section. Click “See All.”

  • Tap on your waitlisted class.

  • Click “Cancel.”

 

IMPORTANT FAQ’s ABOUT USING THE WAITLIST:

1. You can be added to a class within 12hrs of the class start time.

2. If your schedule changes or you no longer wish to take the class you must remove your name from the waitlist to avoid any fees. If you do not remove your name from the list and you are added to the class you are liable to be in class.

3. If you are added to a class you will receive an email and/or a text message. If you are not opted in to receive our email or text notifications, you are responsible to check your account to see if you have been added to the class.

4. Once you receive an email or text confirmation that you have been added to a class NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED. This is your confirmation that YOU ARE IN THE CLASS. The text message will read "You've been added to <CLASSNAME> @ <TIME> on <DATE> @ <STUDIONAME>. Text "Y" to attend, "N" to decline, or "STOP" to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply." YOU DO NOT NEED TO REPLY TO THE TEXT, YOU ARE IN THE CLASS. While you have the option to send "N" to cancel the class, we recommend double checking your schedule and waitlist to ensure you have been removed.

5. If you have previously opted out of the text message alerts and would like to opt back in please text "START" to (805) 246-9288 from your cell phone.
